My original 'Dragon Chime' designs are intended to be fun - while providing a very pleasant, church-bell tone. Some owners tell me that the note reminds them of an Asian temple bell. I use small windcatchers so that the chime does not ring frequently. This keeps the note a bit special and often unexpected.

The hanger (dragon) form is made entirely by hand of heavy-gauge sheet steel. The design geometry results in a very strong structure which permits me to use a heavy steel chime in order to get a very lovely, deep, resonating tone.
The paint I use is a heavy-solids acrylic enamel designed for outdoor use. Several coats are applied, resulting in a durable, long-lasting finish.
Each hanger (dragon) is an original design. When you order I will create an original pattern specifically for you. Be assured that your 'Dragon Chime' will be a signed original work of art.
You will love the tone.
I provide an integral heavy steel base which gives the necessary stability. For permanent installations (concrete, for instance), I will provide a suitable welded structure beneath the base at no additional expense to you.
Because of the size and weight of these designs, shipping/crating/delivery is additional.
